pro-xi® Technology: Dual Screens![]() Each Video Output Controller (VOC) card in the pro-xi system can output video resolutions at up to 2560x1600 (dual-link DVI), with even greater screen resolutions in the works. With this dual video output option, the Operator is provided with a large and generous canvas to work in — up to 5120x1600. Room to Grow, Room to View With dual screens at their disposal, Operators have the ability to display and monitor dozens of client computers on the pro-xi system — simultaneously and all operating in real-time. This capability gives Operators the ability to view and monitor all of their systems at a time, and take control of any of them in an instant if the need arises. Dual Head Support The pro-xi system also supports dual-head client computers. In this configuration, two Input System Controller (ISC) cards are used, one card for each output from the client computer. When the image is positioned and resized on the display, the two input channels are joined together and are manipulated as a single object. However, when the Operator takes control of the client computer, each output is moved to their respective display and operated just like any other dual-head computer system. |
